Copyright and Terms of Use
Copyright
Michael Aldrich and ROCC Computers being the copyright owners of material
in the Michael Aldrich Archive hereinafter called the Archive have entered
into an agreement with the University of Brighton whereby the digitised
and hard copy media comprising the Archive have been donated to the
Aldrich Library at the University of Brighton and the University of
Brighton has been granted the rights in perpetuity to use the Archive for
any teaching learning scholarship research and public information purposes
including publicity and promotion and to reproduce for sale any part or
all of the Archive for sale and to provide public access in any way the
University at its sole discretion deems appropriate.
Third parties who
have donated materials have entered into similar undertakings with the
University of Brighton. Some third party material including Wikipedia and
ITN is subject to separate licensing and usage arrangements which include
prohibition of reproduction for sale.
Terms of Use
The University hereby grants and users of the Archive hereby accept
permission to use the Michael Aldrich Archive for teaching, learning,
scholarship, research and public information purposes provided that the
source is cited in any media where the material is used. Users do not have
any rights to reproduce the materials in the Archive for sale. Users of
the Archive are deemed to have accepted these terms.
